People
never
cease to
disgust
and
disappoint
me in
equal measure

Perhaps
that’s
why my
life is
full of
discomfort
and
displeasure

  2. I like the brevity of your poems so when one like this comes along it seems extra applicable and noteworthy. You can just imagine a misanthrope summoning everything within themselves to say something like this poem to a group of people.
