Rope

I know
I can’t
do this
anymore

My soul
is heavy
and my
heart
is sore

I feel
the relief
in every
pore

As I walk
along
to the
hardware
store

Although I only know that you’re a great writer with awesome music tastes, and actually know nothing else about you, I for one appreciate your existing and the fact that you use your writing in the way you do. I always look forward to reading your work and even the angriest or saddest work that you create is pure poetry.                 I had to scratch my head to remember which song it was from though. It’s a subtle one..either that or its just too long since I listened to it. 😁
