    1. Indeed you can my friend – but only if you give me a little advice πŸ˜‰

      Originally, the last line was
‘Doesn’t always go as planned’ but I changed it to ‘Doesn’t always go to plan’ as you can see.

Which do you think reads better?
      I’m still not sure! πŸ€”πŸ–€

      1. Thanks. πŸ™‚ I like the way it is.. though both work. My advice? Once it’s done, put your energy into the next poem… πŸ™‚ I say this like it’s advice I am able to follow πŸ˜‰ All the best. Anytime you want to shoot questions my way, feel free. I am always open to discussing writing yet nobody really engages. (shrug). πŸ™‚

        1. Aw that’s a shame!
You clearly have a lot to offer in the way of advice. I’ll certainly bear that in mind 😊

Usually, I do absolutely write and move on. But I literally just changed that line as I was scheduling the post last night. And as you are the only one to comment – and that you thought it worthy of a share – I thought I’d pick your brain! 😁

Well, I’ll leave as is and please feel free to share away. Thank you so much for that.

I love reading both yours and discovering the writings of others through your site πŸ‘πŸ–€

  1. Ohhh this perfectly describes my final setback when staying with parents which led to them triggering the complete breakdown of it, and my period in the car πŸ˜†.

This is very well said. If only they’d understood this…! Oh well!
