A Waste Of Money

Totally agree! I’ve never understood spending so much money on weddings 🤷‍♂️. A cousin got married last year, and they did it really economically. I was sensing not-total commitment from her new husband, though 😆. My intuition tends to be accurate, let’s see.

I don’t even understand the need to be married (apart from for legal/logistical nonsense), which I think is nonsense. Why would you want to introduce a load of bureaucratic crap into a relationship? 🤷‍♂️. Even the damned word requires a google search to spell it every time. I can understand getting married in a long-distance relationship between countries, though, as a way of getting to be together. Haha weddings feel like social try-harding 🤣. Rant over!
