‘Meat Is Murder’

Well I hope you’ve enjoyed

Your murdered bird

I can’t think of anything

More absurd

Than to eat your friends

On Christmas Day

Proclaiming such abuse

As the Christian way

      1. Ohhh, interesting. I just switched to being vegetarian last week :). I’ve been vegan before but stopped because I wasn’t adventurous enough with cooking at the time. Even in 2019 I went to a meditation retreat at the start of my car living, which fed us a vegan diet which I kept up for a while in the car ๐Ÿ˜†. Couldn’t last though, couldn’t be picky in that situation!

But the other day I realised instead of buying meat I can just experiment with the cheeses :D, and I love trying different cheeses. Also I seemingly forgot that cheese is 25% protein! I knew it was decent but forgot it was quite that high. And back on the vegetarian mince and stuffโ€” which I love! The lean-ness of vegetarian/vegan diets is satisfying to me, in that your food is less oily. Also the last time I bought that vegetarian mince, my only option was quorn but it’s soo cheap now with supermarket brands. So anyway, very happy being vegetarian at the moment :). Once I have proper cooking facilities again I may consider trying veganism again. I’m very much on the protein at the moment as I’ve taken up bodybuilding as a hobby ๐Ÿคฃ.

        1. Yes, there are so many inexpensive veggie/vegan subs out there now there really shouldn’t be any excuse for folks to at least give cruelty free eating a go…

That’s some hobby! There are quite a lot of vegan bodybuilders out there that you can look up for inspiration! #plantpower ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ–ค
