How about getting involved in raising awareness of whatever it was, if that’s relevant here? Some kind of focus on a cause. That seems to help some people but I totally get each situation is unique. Networking with people in similar situations. I don’t know what you’ve tried or feel up to doing, and I can’t imagine it so I may be talking about my arse π. π
