Very relatable, this ❤ – I was awful at picking up on hints & missed out when I was younger. You get more conscious of it when more & more people your age group are moving in together & starting families.

On the flip side, I know I’d be second-guessing myself & being overly anxious that I was consistently being a good boyfriend/spouse/fiance (plus plenty of longstanding family drama that I wouldn’t want someone new getting drawn into), so on balance it’s probably for the best that they’re free of all that ❤
