I wrote to you
The other day
As I find the words
Too hard to say
So I thought a note
The best way to approach it
That is, of course,
If I ever post it
"All my life's buried here, heap earth upon it"
I wrote to you
The other day
As I find the words
Too hard to say
So I thought a note
The best way to approach it
That is, of course,
If I ever post it
A bit niche, perhaps…
But if you know, you know
‘Always So Lost In The Dark…’
It’s 10.15 on a Friday night and excitement builds all around.
Saturday Waits as the promise of Spidermen and Caterpillars abound.
Like all those Japanese Babies who tumbled through the gate,
I Burn for tales of Cagey Tigers, and dream of Dogs that Shake.
Then I am reminded, as I Move To The Beat,
Why you Imaginary Boys look good enough to eat.
I’m So Glad I Came. To be here On A Night Like This.
If only it could End with Just One (Strawberry) Kiss.
Yet out to The Edge Of The Green Sea I’m cast,
Wondering if this Lost and Lonely feeling will last.

Why is it
That blind eyes see
So much more
In you than me
Enjoying
the
silence
With my
pictures
of you
Running
to your
heart to
be near
And
although
pleasures
remain
As you
fall into
my arms
Equally,
so does
the pain
‘I think I’ve reached that point…’
Music
playsAs
I lieIn
a hazeOn
our bedWithout
you
I’m so
glad
I went
out of
my way
To walk
along
this
beach
today
To
remember
all those
good times
past
Whilst
making
new
memories
to last
Your
melancholic
madness
dances
rings
around
my
heart
As
you
smudge
your
eyes
with
kohl
And
slash
your
lips
with
crimson
