        1. It’s from the 1990 documentary film ‘Paris Is Burning’. Its focus is the New York Drag Queen culture of the late 1980’s. Dorian Corey was one of the drag performers featured.
          It’s really interesting, thought provoking and culturally significant film should you ever get the chance to watch it 👍🖤

          Their wider point was about how you leave your impression (or not) in life so yes, some may well ‘miss the target’ 🖤🖤

  5. That arrow has traveled very high since the 80s.
    I used to love going to the Baton for the shows (always so fun and full of life). By chance is was next to a gay bar, down the street from a punk bar and a leather bar all on the same street Chicago always was diverse in that way.
