hate
Sunday
evenings

I
despise
them
with
a passion

There’s
nothing
good
about
them

No
positive
distraction

From the
fact that
tomorrow
starts
another
week

And we’re
no longer
dancing
cheek
to cheek

  2. Well stated … if you make it through Monday you can breeze through the rest of the week!

    But now that I’m retired, I don’t know or care if it’s Sunday from Monday, Tuesday or any day!

        1. Yeah, I do agree with you. Some days are just a wee bit harder than others to imagine positive things. 😔 That’s not to say I don’t though. Reading your particular blend of words always manages to raise a smile though! 😁🖤
