      Honestly, I’ve seen pretty much every Elvis film/documentary possible over the years. I know his story inside out and upside down (the joys of having an obsessed parent lol 😁) But I’d go so far to say that, although much artistic licence is used, it’s one of the best Elvis films ever made 👍🖤

    1. Oh, you absolutely must!! It is doused with artistic licence as I say, but in both cinematic and musical terms it’s just glorious. Plus, Austin Butler’s turn is Oscar worthy in my opinion 😍❤️🖤

  3. ‘two odd lonely children’ sprung a memory in me of a song, and I was singing those words to a tune that I couldn’t place. And so it began to do my head in so with the help of Google I searched for the lyrics only to find I’d misremembered the words. I was actually thinking of McCartney’s Treat Her Gently/ Lonely Old People. I can sleep now!
