I’m glad the writing helps. U could always write a letter to them and tell them everything u want to say….read it outloud and shred it. This process also helps for victims of abuse🙏

Absolutely.
One of the things I love about WP is I’m free to write what I want, about what I want and when I want. Totally cathartic.
